Parmigiani names Comeq as distributor

Comeq Inc has represented Roundo AB as its exclusive distributor for the past 40 years; but, due to changes in the management of both companies and differing business philosphies, principles, and conduct, this relationship has been concluded by mutual consent.
Parmigiani of Cremona, Italy, has designated Comeq as its exclusive distributor for the United States and Canada, and by listing in Mexico.
Founded in 1927, Parmigiani is a supplier of angle and section bending rolls, plate bending rolls of all types and capacities, tank head dishing machines, and flanging machines. It has delivered machines not only throughout Europe but also throughout much of the rest of the world. However until now, Parmigiani machines have not been sold in the United States.
