Navistar Unveils Online Parts Site

The PartSmart line of all-makes truck and bus parts from Navistar is now available through a new e-commerce web site. Calling it the first such e-commerce site for a heavy-duty truck and bus manufacturer, Navistar said orders placed online will be filled by local International and IC Bus dealers.
The site will feature the full PartSmart product catalog and will allow customers to crosscheck parts against vehicle and engine models.
“With a customer-friendly interface and the ability to order 24/7 online, our new website allows our dealers to extend their customer reach and makes it easier for customers to do business with us,” said Michael A. Cancelliere, sr. VP and GM for Navistar Parts in North America. “In the coming months, we have plans to increase the number of parts offered online.”
