Arrow Truck Sales Inc announced that Steve Clough has been named president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Carl Heikel, who is now leading international operations for Mack Trucks Inc. Clough, who began his career with White Motor Company in 1980, has served as Arrow's chief financial officer since the company was acquired by Volvo.
