Carlisle Companies Inc has created Carlisle Engineered Transportation Solutions (ETS) which is comprised of Carlisle Tire & Wheel (CTW), Carlisle Industrial Brake & Friction (CIBF), and Carlisle Power Transmission (CPT).
As one integrated strategic operating unit, ETS will enable Carlisle to leverage synergies and best practices among the three companies while preserving aspects that have made each business successful. All three companies are already leaders in many of their markets. Combining them into one operating unit will strengthen the Carlisle brand, create a differentiated platform for markets, and bolster Carlisle's position with key manufacturing and distribution customers.
