    CargoEase Acquires Grablock

    Grablock Inc., a manufacturer of cargo-handling equipment, and CargoEase Inc. jointly announced the acquisition of Grablock's assets, trademarks and designs to CargoEase Incorporated.   

    Grablock Inc., a manufacturer of cargo-handling equipment, and CargoEase Inc. jointly announced the acquisition of Grablock's assets, trademarks and designs to CargoEase Incorporated.   


    The transaction creates significant benefits to CargoEase and its customers. With the purchase of Grablock, CargoEase is able to further provide more value-added products like the Hitch Hoist, along with adding resources to improve and develop future cargo-handling equipment.
