Walker Group Holdings LLC, of New Lisbon, Wisconsin, has agreed in principal to purchase Brenner Tank LLC of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, from Peterson Industries LLC, according to Walker information.
Brenner will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Walker Group Holdings, will continue to operate as Brenner Tank LLC, and will continue to market its products under the Brenner name, according to John Cannon, vice-president, sales and marketing.
Brenner is a North American manufacturer of stainless steel and aluminum tank trailers for the transportation of food, chemical, environmental, and petroleum products. In addition to its headquarters and main manufacturing plant in Fond du Lac, Brenner maintains parts and repair facilities in Mauston, Wisconsin, Houston, Memphis, Ashland, Kentucky, and Gonzalez, Louisiana.
