Wabash Makes Management Changes

Wabash National Corporation announced a number of management changes.

Wabash National Corporation announced a number of management changes: Jeff Taylor as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Don Hurtt as Vice President of Tax and Treasurer, Tom Rodak as  Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Dustin Smith as Vice President of Manufacturing for Commercial Trailer Products, Van Operations, and Sean Kenney as Vice President of Sales for Commercial Trailer Products.

"2013 was a year of great progress and achievement for Wabash National as we attained new levels of performance in many areas of our business," said Dick Giromini, President and Chief Executive Officer. "These new appointments recognize individuals for solid performance and effective leadership that will continue to drive the company's success."

Taylor served as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since June 1, 2013. He joined Wabash National as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations in July 2012.

Hurtt, formerly Director of Tax and Assistant Treasurer, will continue to lead all aspects of the company's tax and treasury functions. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility since joining Wabash National in 1994.

Rodak was Director of Corporate Marketing since September 2010. Rodak will continue to provide leadership and oversight for marketing activities across the growing enterprise.

Snith, formerly Director of Manufacturing for Commercial Trailer Products, Van Operations, joined Wabash National in May 2007 as Manager of Finance for Van Operations and transitioned to his most recent appointment in operations management in March 2012.

Kenney rejoined the company in July 2010 as Director of Sales for Van Operations and will continue leading all Commercial Trailer Products sales strategy efforts.
