Haldex has relocated its Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Friction Center to a new facility in Middletown, increasing production capacity with an improved layout to optimize process flow and adding a specialized transit shoe production cell

Haldex has relocated its Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Friction Center to a new facility in Middletown, increasing production capacity with an improved layout to optimize process flow and adding a specialized transit shoe production cell.

The facility also features an upgraded training room with a complete air brake system display board and a wheel-end stand for foundation brake training.

The new Friction Center is located just three miles off the Pennsylvania Turnpike at 2700 Commerce Drive, Middletown, PA 17057, and can be reached at phone (717-939-5928) or fax (717-939-5122).

Haldex offers a nationwide network of friction centers that supply remanufactured brake shoes, new brake shoes and brake lining across North America. Over two million dollars have been invested in these facilities in the last four years to insure all locations meet exact manufacturing standards with state-of-the-art equipment.

The new facility is consistent with Haldex’s Next Generation Business Model (NGBM) standards that have been implemented throughout the Haldex Friction Center network.
