Great Dane is sponsoring Run on Less, a first-of-its-kind cross-country road show designed to showcase advancements in freight efficiency with an overall 9.0 mpg goal.

Organized by the North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE) and Carbon War Room’s Trucking Efficiency Operation, the road show will demonstrate how Class 8 trucks can use different technologies to achieve the best fuel economy possible. The three-week event kicked off on September 6 from multiple locations across the U.S. and will culminate at the North American Commercial Vehicle Show (NACV Show) in Atlanta.

“At Great Dane, we are constantly working to develop innovative solutions to help our customers achieve maximum fuel efficiency, which is why we are proud to sponsor Run on Less,” said Rob Ulsh, Great Dane’s vice president of Dealer and International Sales, and a member of the board of directors for NACFE. “We wanted to be a part of this unique event to help bring awareness to the technologies that are currently available, while also helping to incite a greater drive within our industry to enhance vehicle efficiency.”
