"We would like to honor Bryan for his excellent work performance at the Great Dane Terre Haute Facility. The way he has performed throughout the last year and throughout his tenure at Great Dane shows his hard work, his sincerity, perseverance and diligence toward making Great Dane great,” commented Charles Bates, HR Manager. “We all appreciate his high-level proficiency in handling the tasks assigned to him, his craving for perfection, his communication skills and his humble behavior with all the team members. To show our appreciation, Bryan has been chosen to be the 2015 employee of the year.”

Fisher, a machine operator in the fabrication department, has been with Great Dane since 1994. He serves as a mentor in Great Dane’s onboarding program and actively supports community endeavors, including the Stick it to Hunger Food Drive last year.

Great Dane Terre Haute’s Employee of the Year program was recently established to recognize employees who best embody, safety, service excellence, dedication, a stellar work ethic and quality. The Employee of the Year is selected from Employees of the Month for that year. Nominations are from facility supervisors. The plant manager and production manager then make the selection based on the supervisor’s detailed summary of why their employee deserves to be Employee of the Year.
