ESAB Welding & Cutting Products has named Jerry Gleisner vice president of sales, Eastern Zone, and he will be based in Clayton NC. He was most recently zone manager for Sandvik Coromant. David Abe has been named ESAB's vice president of sales, Western Zone, and he will soon relocate from Atlanta GA to the Denver CO area. Most recently, Abe was executive vice president-sales and marketing for WIKA Instrument Corporation in Lawrenceville GA. ESAB has appointed Greg Stauffer vice president of sales support, and he will be based in Florence SC. Stauffer previously was the firm's vice president of sales. George Learmonth is ESAB's new vice president of strategic accounts, North America and will be based in Hanover PA. He was promoted from director of strategic accounts.

Nirmal Tolani recently assumed duties as director of business development for Hendrickson International Operations and will be based in Woodridge IL. He comes to Hendrickson from Navistar International Truck and Engine Division at Fort Wayne IN, where most recently he was manager, metallic materials and specifications.

Thermo King Corporation has named Neil D. Tamppari manager-technical and customer solutions, HVAC Americas. His most recent position was technical service manager-Western Region including Mexico and Central America. Martin Duffy has been named general manager-HVAC Americas. Duffy's most recent position was sales director-Western Region for Thermo King.

Brent Beeler has been appointed the new Midwest Regional salesman for Bustin Industrial Products. He joins the firm after a successful seven-year career with PLM Trailer Leasing. Gary Eubanks has been appointed southeastern regional salesman for Bustin. His background with Carbis adds another custom safety access professional to the Bustin team.

Silver Eagle Manufacturing Company recently filled two vice president positions at its Portland OR headquarters. Mark Jurman joined the company in February as vice president of commercial sales, and Mike Dorman became vice presiden-business development in March. Jurman previously spent 15 years in the automotive and work truck industries, and nine years in the United States Navy. Dorman previously spent 22 years in the automotive and heavy-equipment sectors.

Henke Manufacturing Corporation has added Doug Metcalf to its management staff as plant manager. With previous experience in the heavy steel fabrication and manufacturing, he comes to the firm with more than 25 years' experience.

The board of directors of MacLean-Fogg Company announced that Duncan MacLean has been elected president of MacLean Vehicle Systems (MVS). During the past 12 years, he has worked as a manufacturing engineer in the MacLean-Power Systems business unit and in the Components and Fasteners businesses. Most recently, he was the president for the Fastener Group.

Caterpillar Inc. announced that Bill Fulton has been appointed marketing manager for Global On-Highway, replacing Steve Brown, who has retired. Fulton will be returning to Peoria IL from his current assignment as manager of the Global On-Highway Group for the Asia/Pacific Division of Caterpillar based in Melbourne, Australia.

NTP Inc. announced that Robert S. Amico has been appointed president of the organization. Before joining NTP, he was chief executive officer and managing partner of Princeton Management Partners LLC.
