The Sales / Manager will sell and assist in the sales and marketing of all our Trailer Lines. Guide the sales team to meet their sales potential and goals. Develop and execute training programs, evaluate performance and determine areas of strength to continue growth.
• Identify and develop key accounts.
• Lead and direct sales team to meet sales goals.
• Pursue and develop new prospects.
• Strong sales ability and experience.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Trailer, truck or heavy equipment knowledge.
• Excellent communication, phone and computer skills.
• Limited travel required to make outside sales calls in our market.
• A positive attitude and an aggressive salesperson.
