Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC) has started production on 350 new ArcticLite refrigerated van trailers for Frozen Food Express Industries Inc (NASDAQ: FFEX).

The order is based involves custom specifications to the Wabash ArcticLite design.  The specifications were developed by FFE to provide enhanced service to its customers.  Production is to be completed by September 2010.

“We’re excited to continue our long-standing relationship with Wabash National and to provide our customers with the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art equipment,” said Russell Stubbs, president of Frozen Food Express.

“We have enjoyed a relationship with FFE for over eighteen years now, and their support of our refrigerated van product is a testament to our commitment to providing the best equipment solutions to the market,” said Dick Giromini, Wabash National’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
