Wabash National Appoints COO

Wabash National Corporation today announced the appointment of Joseph M. Zachman to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of its executive management team, effective immediately.
Zachman, who joined Wabash National in 2005 as Vice President of Manufacturing, has served as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing since June of 2006.
"Joe has been instrumental in leading our efforts to establish Wabash National trailers as the highest quality products in the industry,” said Wabash National President and Chief Executive Officer Dick Giromini. “In his new expanded role, we look forward to leveraging Joe’s strong leadership skills to ever higher levels of quality and productivity for the trailer industry.”
Zachman has over 24 years of manufacturing experience including serving as Vice President and General Manager for TTM Technologies; President of CDR Corporation; and Director of Operations of Sanmina Corporation. Zachman began his career with Delco Electronics Corporation.
