Tough Plate joins Stoughton van lineup

Stoughton Trailers LLC announced the newest addition to its dry freight van product lineup: the Tough Plate.
“Our market research indicated large trucking companies were looking for an alternative supplier to compete on quality, price, and specification for this type trailer product, and we're the logical choice to advance that opportunity,” said Brian Prall, vice president-sales and marketing.
The Tough Plate will feature the standard proprietary technologies that have made the Stoughton brand known for low trailer maintenance and operating expense, as well as several new high-technology options, including hot-dipped galvanizing, disc braking systems, and aerodynamic treatments.
