Rogers Brothers Named GSA Contractor

May 11, 2009 3:38 PM

Rogers Brothers Corporation, manufacturers of lowbed and tag-along trailers, has been approved as a U S General Services Administration contractor under the GSA Schedules program.

Three specific Rogers models will be included in the program:  a 35-ton-capacity Ultima Series detachable gooseneck lowbed, a 35-ton full-width fixed gooseneck, and 20-ton-capacity tag-along model.

The GSA Schedules program is designed to streamline purchases for participating government agencies. Buyers can search an online database for the desired product and a list of approved suppliers.

Under the program, GSA has prescreened both the manufacturers and the products that are offered in an effort to ensure that the products meet the desired requirements and that the manufacturer can meet the pre-negotiated price and product specifications.
