Pace American acquires Cargo Express

Pace American Inc. has officially completed its acquisition of Bristol IN-based J&L Cargo Express.
In addition to retaining its own independent brand identity, Cargo Express' existing dealer network and staff will remain unchanged. The brand will also continue to be managed by Cargo Express president and general manager Lyle Miller to ensure a smooth flow of product to the marketplace.
Pace American manufactures enclosed motorsport, cargo, and specialty trailers. Headquartered in Middlebury IN, with additional manufacturing facilities in Fitzgerald and Eastman GA, Lebanon OR, McGregor TX, and Hurricane UT, Pace maintains a network of more than 450 authorized dealers across North America offering sales, service, and parts. Pace also is the parent company of Optima Industries LLC, a manufacturer of aluminum trailers, motorcoaches, and toterhomes.
