Kentucky Trailer acquires Volunteer Trailer

Kentucky Trailer officials announce the acquisition of Volunteer Trailer, a Nashville TN-based trailer service company and dealer of Kentucky Trailer products. Effective immediately, the transaction allows Kentucky Trailer to provide direct service to an expanded range of end-users in the southeastern United States. Founded in 1979, Volunteer Trailer continues to operate under the same name, and the employees and management will retain their roles as new Kentucky Trailer employees. Charles Ducas, Kentucky Trailer's vice president of marketing and general manager of Kentucky Trailer Services, will manage the new facility.
This purchase positions Kentucky Trailer to increase its service business and leverage Volunteer Trailer's established customer base. Volunteer Trailer's maintenance and refurbishment facility now provides an additional, convenient connection to service for customers who may otherwise send trailers to Kentucky Trailer Services in Louisville KY.
