Heil Environmental has promoted Bob McHugh to director of North American sales. With Heil since 1990, he was named in May 2005 to the dual role of director of customer support and chief quality officer.
R D Warren II has joined Warren Truck & Trailer LLC as elevating fifthwheel product manager. A recent graduate of Auburn University in Alabama with a bachelor's in business administration, he will begin in the company's training program.
