Air Power Systems Company, a global manufacturer of pneumatic, cylinder, valves and control solutions, has acquired assets from Wil-Fab Manufacturing, a sheet-metal fabrication firm located in Tulsa, Okla.

APSCO, Inc. will leverage the recently acquired assets into a new organization called Winter Fabrication to launch this fall. A subsidiary of APSCO, Inc., Winter Fabrication will be located at 6907 East 14th Street, Tulsa, Okla.

Winter Fabrication’s services will include precision sheet metal fabrication; powder coating; painting, silk screening and engraving; providing Tulsa with a comprehensive turnkey vendor for fabricated components.
