Each of the three buyers acquired individual fleet trailers located at Aurora’s branches in their respective geographic markets.

McKinney Trailer Rentals, a regional provider of trailer rentals, leases and sales in the Western US and Texas, is acquiring the Aurora trailers in Los Angeles, CA, Houston, TX, and Dallas, TX. With eleven locations, McKinney offers a fleet of over 17,000 dry vans, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, curtain vans, and chassis’ and storage trailers.

“We are confident that the increased equipment availability and additional resources will provide our customers with exceptional service in the marketplace and allow us a substantial growth opportunity in Texas and the West Coast," said Dave Tavares, McKinney Trailer Rentals President.

Milestone Trailer Leasing, LLC operates a 15,000 highway rental trailers through its affiliate, Personal Attention Leasing, Inc. The company has 19 full-service rental branch locations primarily in the Midwestern United States.

“We are committed to continued growth of our highway trailer fleet to provide cost effective, rental and lease alternatives to our customers,” said Robert Thull, President and co-owner of Milestone Trailer Leasing. “Highway trailer rental supply and demand are in very good balance in spite of a sluggish economy. This resulted from fleet consolidations and capacity reductions by most rental companies in 2008 through 2010.”
