STS acquires rights to distribute Twist-Lock

Safe Transportation Systems Inc (STS) has signed a letter of intent with JOL Springs &, Spares Ltd of Naas, Ireland, for exclusive North American distribution rights for the Magnum Twist-Lock.

Twist-Locks are safety locking mechanisms that attach intermodal containers to chassis trailers and railcars for transportation. JOL manufactures and distributes tractor-trailer components, supplying original equipment trailer manufacturers and the trailer aftermarket in the United Kingdom and Europe.
