A mix of light duty trailers and snow and ice control equipment keep O’Reilly Equipment busy all year long. Brothers Paul O’Reilly, left, handles sales, while Jeff runs the shop.
The O’Reilly brothers doubled the size of their building last year. It originally was 6,000 square feet when the two brothers had it built in 2006—just a few years after they graduated from college.
The building provides five work bays and a large mezzanine for parts storage.
O’Reilly Equipment displays a wide range of parts for snowplows and light-duty trailers that are not available elsewhere in the area.
Last year’s shop expansion included space for steel and aluminum fabrication.
The addition to the shop enables the company to store more inventory indoors.
O’Reilly Equipment recently added a concrete pad to support the weight of a stack of snowplows.
O’Reilly Equipment employs two ASE-certified technicians in its shop. The company also takes advantage of training provided by its suppliers.
When the O’Reilly brothers started looking for a trailer to haul hay, they found one built by Moritz International. Now the company is a dealer.
