Certified Power, Inc., a distributor and provider of engineered fluid power and machined solutions, has acquired Cirus Controls, LLC.
Based in Minneapolis, Cirus Controls designs, engineers and manufactures electronic spreader controls, central hydraulic systems, advanced plow controls and innovative telematics-based performance management systems for the winter road maintenance industry. Cirus Controls’ highly engineered solutions enable fleet managers to accurately and cost-effectively manage snow and ice removal across North American roadways.

Certified Power will look to Paul Mortell, founder and President of Cirus Controls, to continue to lead the business.
