Ray Pittard, president of Thermo King, visits with Brandon Pugh, president of Thermo King Northwest, and J R Zundel, executive vice-president of Thermo King Northwest’s branch in Portland OR. The Seattle-based dealership is one of five selected to test drive Thermo King’s Demand Flow Replacement software designed to optimize parts inventories.

The Seattle-based dealership is one of five selected to test drMobile service trucks play a big role in delivering service to Thermo King Northwest customers. Roughly half of the company’s technicians work out of the trucks.Each truck is equipped with the tools and parts required to do all but the most involved service work. Drivers are responsible for maintaining specified parts levels.

Thermo King Northwest worked with a major customer to develop this loading ramp for trailer side doors. The ramp, which folds up and stores beneath the trailer floor, provides an easy way for drivers to get cargo to the ground.Thermo King Northwest held an open house in August to promote Thermo King’s new line of refrigeration units. This display trailer is one of two that Thermo King had built to tour the U S and Canada.
