WABCO Reman Solutions is established

WABCO Holdings Inc has established WABCO Reman Solutions. This operating unit will specialize in remanufacturing electronic and mechatronic components as well as traditional mechanical products for commercial vehicles and passenger cars.
WABCO Reman Solutions will initially serve original equipment manufacturers and tier-one suppliers of commercial, passenger, and agricultural vehicles in Europe and North America while expanding into Asia eventually. The firm will remanufacture WABCO components as well as connect with original equipment producers to remanufacture their components.
Operating as part of WABCO's aftermarket organization, WABCO Reman Solutions has remanufacturing facilities in Stanowice, Poland, and Rochester Hills MI. Both factory sites are expected to be operational in September 2010.
WABCO has named Joe Kripli enterprise leader of WABCO Reman Solutions and Mike Dojcinovski operations leader.
