Utility Sales of the Ozarks Doubles in Size

Utility Trailer Manufacturing announced that its independent dealer, Utility Trailer Sales of the Ozarks, has doubled its square footage to better serve the parts and service needs of its customers.
The new full service facility of Utility Trailer Sales of the Ozarks is located adjacent to I-44, Highway 65, and Exit 82A. Comprised of 25,000 square feet situated on 5 acres, the facility offers both new and used trailer sales, parts, and service. The facility offers both owner-operators and fleets the complete Utility solution, including the 4000D-X Composite dry van, the reliable 3000R refrigerated trailer, and the aluminum/steel design of the lightweight 4000A flatbed.
The parts department now features a new showroom and repairs are made in the dealership’s 10 new service bays.
“We recognized that to meet the growing needs of our customers we needed to increase our parts and service capacity,” said Estel Brackett, Owner. “We couldn’t just rely on a parts counter anymore, and that meant investing in a new parts showroom. We also needed to increase our service capacity and that required doubling the number of service bays. This much larger facility also benefits our employees as well as they now enjoy a larger space to work and collaborate.”
