Feb 25, 2002 12:00 PM

Wabash National Corporation announced today that a recent report of the company's backlog or orders for 19,000 units (valued at $280 million) included orders that were not yet confirmed.

To be considered part of the Wabash backlog, the company requires that orders meet two conditions. They must be confirmed by the customer in writing and be listed in the company’s production schedule during the next 18 months.

Wabash plans to announce its year-end financial results March 5 following the close of financial markets. It will discuss the result, along with the status of backlogs, March 6 at 10 am EST.
