Wabash Announces Management Changes

Wabash National Corporation announced July 9 that it has appointed Richard Dessimoz as acting chief executive office.The company also announced the formation of an office of the chief executive officer, consisting of Desimoz; Mark Holden, chief financial officer; and Derek Nagle, vice-president of Wabash and president of North American Trailer Centers.
“These changes are intended to lead to the appointment of a permanent chief executive officer as soon as is reasonably practical and to an improvement in the financial performance of the company,” said Donald J Ehrlich, chairman of the board.
Wabash National Corporation designs, manufactures, and markets truck trailers under the Wabash and Fruehauf trademarks. North American Trailer Centers, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, is a retail distributor of new and used trailers and aftermarket parts. It has approximately 45 locations throughout the U S and Canada.
