RUAN Transportation opens Bay Area facility

RUAN Transportation Management Systems, one of the largest privately owned transportation service companies in the United States, announced the opening of a full-service facility in Hayward, California.

RUAN will welcome the public and customers on Nov. 8 for an Open House celebrating the grand opening of the company’s newest location.

Located at 2342 Industrial Parkway, the facility plans to service a diverse fleet of nearly 200 vehicles, which serve many of RUAN’s Bay area customers, including Exel Logistics, Weber Distribution, Rental Service Center, and Metropolitan Provisions.

According to Shawn Linehan, regional manager for RUAN’s new Hayward location, the facility is a three-bay facility equipped with a full-length service pit and a drive-through truck wash bay.

“We are extremely pleased to offer our Bay area customers quality service in closer proximity to their operations,” Linehan said.
