Interstate Equipment Leasing to supply 3,000 Kenworth trucks for Swift

Kenworth Truck Company announced today that Interstate Equipment Leasing will supply 3,000 new Kenworth trucks over the next three years for use in Swift Transportation's owner-operator fleet.
The Kenworth trucks will be specified with many options desired by owner-operators and will foster driver recruitment and retention at Phoenix, Ariz.-based Swift Transportation, operating the largest power unit fleet of any truckload motor carrier in the United States.
Swift is the holding company for Swift Transportation Co. Inc., a truckload carrier headquartered in Phoenix. Swift's trucking subsidiary has regional operations throughout the continental United States.
