GM introduces redesigned van

General Motors unveiled its redesigned full-size van Tuesday at the National Truck Equipment Association Convention and Work Truck Show.

The 2003 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana will be offered with such features as all-wheel drive, a left-hand, 60/40 entry door, and side access panels designed to allow the rear cargo area of the van to be reached easily.

Other features will include a Vortec Generation III engines, pox frame design, independent front suspension, and a choice of two wheelbases.
