Diesel price falls 1.3 cents

The average price of a gallon of diesel nationally fell 1.3 cents this week to $1.568.
It was the second straight week the price has declined from the year's high of $1.591 on Jan. 26.
The Gulf Coast had the lowest price at $1.515, a 3.1-cent drop from the previous week. New England had the highest price at $1.773, a 1.3-cent drop.
