Dana Corporation has entered into a long-term supply agreement with PACCAR Inc.

Under the terms of the contract, Dana’s Commercial Vehicle Systems operations will supply steer axles, drive axes, brakes, driveshafts, and steering shafts as standard equipment on PACCAR’s Kenworth and Peterbilt Class 6, 7, and 8 commercial vehicles.

“This supply agreement reflects the industry trend toward closer cooperation between OEMs and component suppliers to provide enhancements in improving vehicle performance. The benefits to customers in providing an integrated drivetrain solution are key elements in this strategic alliance,” said Gary Moore, senior vice president, PACCAR.
