Booklet offered on "Essential Concepts of Aftermarketing"

Bill Wade, Managing Partner of consulting firm Wade&Partners has announced the availability of a new booklet examining some of the key elements to marketing success in the automotive and heavy-duty parts aftermarkets.

Entitled “Essential Concepts of Aftermarketing”, the piece examines nine fundamental aspects of selling to and thru distribution often overlooked by manufacturers.

Subjects include brand positioning, strategy and execution imperatives, marketing planning, and recognition of short vs. long-term market shifts.

“Many look at the list of subjects and think ‘I know that’, but promptly return to creating programs that can turn them into their own worst enemies,” said Wade. “It is just not very complicated… you just have to pay attention to these basics.”
