Ryder Opens New Service Facility in Buford, Georgia

Ryder announced the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art service facility located at 3759 Ryder Boulevard in Buford, Georgia.
The facility will immediately service a diverse fleet of more than 400 vehicles, including panel vans, light- and heavy-duty straight trucks, tractors, and trailers, from existing accounts and has the capacity to grow as Ryder expands service in the area. It also incorporates Ryder's preventive and programmed maintenance with four drive-through service bays, three computerized fuel service islands, a drive-through wash bay, extensive rental and lease operations, dedicated contract carriage and logistics accounts all under one roof.
"This centralized location was built to better serve the requirements of our valued customers in the area, as well as help drive Ryder's contractual and rental business in this high-potential market," said Robert Sanchez, Executive Vice President of Operations, U.S. Fleet Management Solutions for Ryder. "We look forward to providing quality service that exceeds customer expectations."
