Penske Opens New Facility in Lubbock

Penske Truck Leasing has opened a new 12,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art service center in Lubbock, TX, offering commercial and consumer truck rental services, full-service truck leasing and contract maintenance. The $3 million facility is located at 512 E. 50th St. and replaces the previous location at 4403 Clovis Road.
The new facility will handle about 60 leasing customers and over 200 vehicles on the 5½ -acre location. It features three service bays, a truck washing bay and a two-lane fuel island.
"Moving to a larger, state-of-the-art facility in Lubbock will provide added value for Penske customers," stated Terry Scott, senior vp, South Central Region, Penske Truck Leasing. "We will add more associates as we continue expansion in the Lubbock market."
