Old Dominion Opens Service Center in Pocatello, Idaho

Jun 19, 2008 2:48 PM

Chuck Powell, Vice President Pacific Northwest region for Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc., announced a service center opening in Pocatello, Idaho. The four-door facility is located on a half-acre site at 2055 Garrett Way, Building 7, Pocatello.

According to Powell, the Pocatello Service Center will begin operations under the leadership of Terminal Manager Kim Erickson, who will direct a staff of three.

“The opening of the Pocatello Service Center is a spin-off of our Idaho Falls, Idaho terminal and will allow us to provide earlier morning service and later pick up service to the Pocatello market including Pocatello, Blackfoot and American Falls,” said Powell. “Old Dominion will be positioned to gain market share in points currently being served.”
