NTDA announces convention discount

June 17, 2015

Online registration for the 25th Annual NTDA Convention is open.

Early bird rates apply through July 11, 2015. Download the Convention Registration Kit and Form, or call 1-800-800-4552 (toll-free), or (810) 229-5960 (direct dial) to register.

The convention educational program begins September 23 with two bonus sessions. Attendees can learn how utilizing the NTDA’s Service Labor Hours Guide can increase efficiency within their dealer operations, and then gain a better understanding of how available technology can increase competitive advantage.

NTDA President Nick Lambevski will deliver the State of the Association address on Thursday, Sept. 24, and then educational programming continues with an industry economic overview presented by Eric Starks, president of Freight Transportation Research. David Bradley, president of Canadian Trucking Alliance, will offer U.S. and Canadian trailer industry insights. Colonel Mark Tillman (ret.) will present the keynote address, relating his first-hand account as commander of Air Force One during and after the 9/11 crises.

Educational sessions include: identifying and understanding genuine OEMs vs. offshore counterfeit, replacement and will-fit parts; best practices during a federal excise tax audit; and presentation on what proposed greenhouse gas rules will mean to dealers and manufacturers.  A panel of trailer industry experts as well as key EPA, SmartWay, and DOT officials responsible for developing the proposed regulations will provide insights.

Early-bird registration is available through July 10, 2015. Advanced registration runs July 11–August 22, and on-site registration is available Aug. 23–Sept. 25, 2015.
