The Natural Gas Vehicle Institute has scheduled safety training for Feb. 4-8 in Las Vegas.
NGV technician and fleet operations safety training, set for Feb. 4, is designed to prepare NGV technicians, operations personnel, and management personnel to fully understand the technology involved and the safety procedures required when working with a fuel that is both high pressure and lighter than air.
CNG fuel system inspector training, set for Feb. 5-6, provides the proper techniques for inspecting CNG fuel systems, including on-board compressed natural gas fuel storage cylinders.
CNG fuel system inspector training, set for Feb. 7-8, provides complete, in-depth instruction on proven "best practices" for natural gas fueling station operation and maintenance.
