Industry Leaders to Discuss Globalization of HD Aftermarket at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue

The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association, the heavy-duty division of the Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), and MacKay & Company have finalized the globalization panel for the Fourth Annual Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue (HDAD) conference, to be held January 25, 2016, at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will be preceded by Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2016.

Tom Clevinger, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Global Truck & Bus for Navistar, Inc., Bill Gordon, President of the Aftermarket Division of Bergstrom Inc., Jeev Khanduja, Vice President of Automann, and Emily Poladian, Managing Director of Asia for Firestone Industrial Products, will participate in the panel, “Global Views of the Heavy Duty Aftermarket; We're Not Alone Out There!

It will focus on global supply chains, concepts currently working for global distribution, mature vs. developing global aftermarkets, how to manage a global supply network, and the impact of non-North American aftermarket supply on the North American aftermarket. 

This segment will be moderated by Tim Walker, Executive Vice President of Sales for Truck-Lite Co., LLC.

As one of three in HDMA’s Heavy Duty Dialogue Series, Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue program will provide insight and a forward look at the heavy-duty aftermarket, with an introduction by Tim Kraus of HDMA and Stu MacKay of MacKay & Company, an aftermarket industry forecast with MacKay & Company, and a market and economic outlook, with heavy-duty industry expert Dr. Robert Dieli, of RDLB, Inc. and financial expert, Bill Strauss, of the Chicago Federal Reserve.
