Trailer axle and brake manufacturer Dexter Axle has acquired the assets of Unique Functional Products (UFP).
UFP has been a leading innovator and provider of trailer axles and brake system components to the recreational boating trailer market since 1963. The company has locations in in San Marcos, California and Winchester, Tennessee.

Dexter products are American made in automated facilities in Indiana, Georgia, and Oklahoma. They are distributed throughout North America and several other countries.
“We have already begun to implement plans to leverage the best of these two organizations to give our customers the best service and most comprehensive product line in the industry.” Dexter said.
