Wabash National Corp. has launched its new DuraPlate CargoMax domestic container designed to provide intermodal carriers with additional interior width to increase cargo capacity.

The new container design incorporates high-performance DuraPlate composite panels in the sidewalls, nose, and doors to reduce weight and provide durability. Additionally, the containing includes features that help extend product lifecycles and reduce maintenance costs, Wabash said.

Wabash introduced the new container at IANA's Intermodal Expo this week in Anaheim, CA.
