UTA to conduct February training course

Jan 10, 2006 6:22 PM

The Used Truck Association (UTA) will conduct its first training course of 2006, Professional Used Truck Management, February 7-9 in Las Vegas.

The Professional Used Truck Management course designed for used truck managers, sales managers, general managers and management candidates has three central points of focus: Sales and Marketing, Inventory Management, and Human Resources issues.

The course has a highly interactive format including individual and small group exercises that examine and discover practical and effective solutions to use with truck management challenges. Participants and the program facilitator provide key issues for consideration, followed by discussion, evaluation, and resolution.

To cement the course content, the principles learned are used to analyze a dealership case study and finally through examination. In addition, participants develop personalized practical action plans to address their unique issues and situations for implementation upon their return.
