Roadway Express offering guaranteed delivery time

Roadway Express says it now guarantees delivery within any size time window requested by a customer. Part of the carrier’s Time-Critical suite of services, the new Multi-Day Window service ensures that shipments won’t arrive early or late.
According to Jim Gamache, vp-special services for Roadway Express, Multi-Day Window service is a “response to customer requests for greater flexibility in meeting their delivery needs,” as well as helping them “avoid charge-backs.”
Time-based services can be purchased by calling Roadway Express’ 24/7 toll-free hotline at 1-888-550-9800, or by logging on to my.roadway.com or by contacting a Roadway Customer Care Center.
