NTEA publishes catalog of work truck industry resources

The National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) recently published its Spring/Summer 2006 Work Truck Industry Resources catalog.
New products for 2006 include:
* Sales, Productivity, Earnings and Quality (SPEQ) Plan Manual — a reference guide for continuous improvement that includes a 160-page binder and a training tutorial CD-ROM.
* Vehicle Life-cycle Cost Analysis Program — Evaluate vehicle acquisition and equipment cost scenarios with an easy-to-use Microsoft Excel® template.
* Property, Plant & Equipment (PP&E) Life-cycle Cost Analysis Program — Evaluate equipment acquisition cost scenarios using a Microsoft Excel template.
* Simplified Final-stage Certification Label Printing Program for Chassis-cabs with a GVWR of More than 10,000 lbs. — Create final-stage certification labels on a laser printer. Comes with a starter kit that includes a ruler and 100 labels.
The catalog also outlines NTEA services, such as technical and engineering support; market data and research initiatives; and government relations and advocacy. In addition, industry events produced by the NTEA are highlighted, including The Work Truck Show®, annual Truck Product Conference and new Business and Market Planning Summit.
