Elliott begins work on new mount shop

Elliott Machine Works, Inc. has started construction of a new 24,000-square-foot mount shop. Located in the Galion Industrial Park, the new facility, on an 11-acre site is in addition to the current 33,000-square-foot plant, which will continue fabrication production.
The new plant will have five complete service bays for mounting of power equipment and bodies. Two overhead, five-ton cranes will run the entire length of the mount area. A two-ton crane will be installed in the staging area. A 50' drive-through, split-cabin paint booth with two separate downdraft air systems and two ovens will maximize paint production.
Phase two construction plans include a 24,000-square-foot fabrication shop that will put all production under one roof.
Elliott Machine Works is a manufacturer of mobile service equipment: lube/fuel platforms and vans; fuel and water tanks; mechanics service bodies; lube skids and trailers; water and fuel trailers.
