Tulsa Winch has acquired Pullmaster Winch, located in Surrey (Vancouver), British Columbia, Canada. Pullmaster manufactures hydraulic planetary winches ranging from 1,000- to 50,000-lb line-pull capacity.

Stan Hrescak, who founded Pullmaster in 1965, will retire after a brief transition. The management team at Pullmaster will remain intact, with Allen Pickering serving as general manager reporting to Steve Oden, Tulsa Winch Group president. Pullmaster will continue as the company name, and employees and facility will remain in Surrey. Current customers and distributors of Pullmaster products will continue to work directly with sales, service, and engineering departments of Pullmaster.

The Tulsa Winch Group now consists of Tulsa Winch, DP Winch, Greer Co, and Pullmaster. This group is an operating company of Dover Resources Inc, which is an independent subsidiary of the Dover Corp.
