Aurora Parts & Accessories provides an enhanced online ordering web site at www.auroraparts.com. Authorized dealers will find the site has an electronic parts catalog and PDC stocked part number inventory identification. End users will find it easy to locate an Aurora dealer with the site's dealer locator.
Authorized dealers choose from the menus to search for parts by category, sub-category, vendor, VIN number or part number. In addition, dealers may import their order directly into the system in a variety of formats. Dealers can add needed parts to an on-line shopping cart function that will store these items if they choose to complete the order at a later time.
Dealers may view product pictures, study component illustrations, and access a cross-reference guide to determine the correct part. Once an order is complete, dealers may purchase the parts using the Process Order function. If an order needs to be placed quickly, dealers may select the Quick Order menu. Either way, Aurora sends an instant receipt e-mail confirming the order.
