ITW SprayCore acquires Magnum Venus unit

ITW SprayCore, a division of Illinois Tools Works, has acquired the Resin Division of Magnum Venus Products, which adds a line of complementary resin products to ITW SprayCore's family of sprayable syntactic coatings. With these new products, ITW SprayCore now offers customers a complete line of sprayable lamination coatings as well as technical and customer support.
Cincinnati OH-based ITW SprayCore will continue to collaborate with the technical and research personnel of Magnum Venus in the development of dispensing systems and spray equipment for these coatings and products.
